Coinlete Cohort is a venture-building program created to help athletes develop scalable companies through validation, operating support, distribution and investor readiness.
The program lasts 12 weeks and includes structured company-building sessions, individual strategy support and milestone reviews.
No. Applicants may apply with a company, prototype or strongly developed business opportunity. Selection will depend on the quality of the opportunity, founder commitment and potential market demand.
Not necessarily. However, every company must have someone responsible for consistent execution. Coinlete Cohort may help selected athletes identify potential operating partners, but placement is not guaranteed.
No. Current and former professional athletes, qualified college athletes and exceptional athlete-led teams may apply.
Participation, services and potential investment terms will be discussed individually with selected companies. Acceptance does not guarantee additional fundraising.
Coinlete Cohort may receive equity or other agreed compensation in exchange for company-building resources, services or investment. All terms will be clearly presented before participation.
No. Coinlete Cohort prepares companies for capital opportunities and may facilitate introductions, but it does not guarantee investment or fundraising outcomes.
Sensitive company information will be handled appropriately. Any public content or media participation will require separate authorization.
