How the Weeks Run

A Weekly Operating Rhythm, Not a Curriculum

The program is built around decisions and deliverables. Each week has a clear owner, a clear output and a review before the company moves on.

  • Weekly Working Session

A structured session with the Coinlete team to review the week's deliverable, resolve blockers and set the next commitment.

  • Founder Deliverables

Every week ends with something real: customer conversations, a shipped feature, pricing decisions, a signed pilot or a completed data room section.

  • Operator Alignment

Athlete and operating partner meet separately each week to divide execution, confirm ownership and keep the company moving between sessions.

  • Stage Reviews

At the end of each stage the company presents progress and decides what to continue, change or stop before moving forward.

  • Expert Access

Sessions with advisors and operators brought in for the specific problem the company is working through that week.

  • Demo Day Preparation

The final weeks focus on narrative, projections and rehearsal so each company presents with evidence in Las Vegas.

What the Program Asks of You

  • Twelve consecutive weeks, start to Demo Day
  • One founder-level working session each week
  • An operating partner accountable for full-time execution

The Founder Model

Athlete Advantage Meets Operator Execution

01

The Athlete Founder

  • Vision
  • Credibility
  • Industry insight
  • Relationships
  • Distribution
02

The Operating Partner

  • Full-time execution
  • Product development
  • Team leadership
  • Sales and operations
  • Accountability
03

Coinlete

  • Company-building system
  • Strategic guidance
  • Marketing infrastructure

  • Investor access

The athlete does not have to operate the company alone. Coinlete helps create the right founding structure around each opportunity.

The Destination

Cohort 001 Demo Day

At the end of the program, selected companies will present their progress in Las Vegas to a curated audience of investors, family offices, entrepreneurs, brands and strategic partners.

Companies will be expected to present evidence—not simply ideas:

  • A validated customer problem
  • A working product or service
  • Early customers, pilots or partnerships
  • A credible business model
  • A clear growth strategy
  • A strong founding team

The objective isn’t to look like a company... It’s to become one.

Your Career Built the Platform... Your Company Can Build the Legacy.

Cohort 001 is for athletes prepared to move from influence to infrastructure—and from participation to ownership.

Limited to five athlete-led companies.
